The need for an independent, competent, pro-active and ethical occupational health service in the private sector prompted the formation of the Partners Occupational Medical Services (Partners) in early 1996.  We provide evidence-based and client-centred Occupational Health Services.

Our vision is to be the preferred provider of Occupational Health Services to our customers. These include health surveillance, occupational medical assessments and medicals in accordance with the statutory regulations (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999) and guidelines.

We help our clients to achieve maximum productivity and minimise their costs by maintaining the health and well-being of their employees. We aim to pro-actively protect, maintain and promote the physical and mental health of employees within their work environment, through risk assessment to highlight potential health issues and development of measures that can be taken to manage and minimise them.

By employing an integrated professional occupational health team to work closely with management to deliver what you need when you need it (responsive with flexibility), we are able to offer value for money.

We aim to develop strong personal relationships with the key stakeholders and human resource professionals involved, by listening to their operational requirements, understanding the business goals (cultural ethos) and jointly developing appropriate Occupational Health solutions of proven value (‘firm but fair’). Our Occupational Health practitioners are impartial and advice should benefit both employer and employee.

We aim to retain and continually develop our Occupational Health professionals with a focus on providing an outstanding service delivery.
