We offer an efficient, evidence-based pre-employment health screening questionnaire to determine the fitness of the prospective employee for the role for which he/she has applied. 

We will formulate an agreed comprehensive pre-employment questionnaire with your Human Resources staff, based on details of the prospective role and any associated risks. 

The prospective employee should return the completed questionnaire to us directly in a pre-paid envelope. 

The questionnaires are then assessed by our qualified occupational health professionals.  

Medical clearance certificates will be issued with 48 hours of receipt of a completed pre-employment questionnaire, provided further clarification is not required and a clinical assessment is deemed unnecessary. 

We will provide relevant advice should a prospective employee disclose a medical condition that may potentially impact on the employee’s ability to perform the role for which he/she has applied.
